As a producer of ready-for-sale plants, young plants and cuttings, you have the possibility of entering into a contract to produce SUNNY® Osteospermums. This contract is drawn up specially for the individual nursery and covers those parts of production that are of immediate importance in this regard.

In this way, every producer of SUNNY® Osteospermums must have a contract from Royalty Administration International, www.rai-worldwide.com, based in the Netherlands. This allows all production to be registered, and illegal production is prevented as far as possible.

There are three levels of contract available:

• Own stock, production of cuttings, young plants and ready-for-sale items.
• Rooting and resale of young plants, as well as production of ready-for-sale items.
• Rooting of cuttings for own production of ready-for-sale items.

The administration of SUNNY® Osteospermum is undertaken by (RAI) Royalty Administration International, together with associated companies.

Via their contract, all SUNNY® producers have a duty of disclosure vis-a-vis Royalty Administration International, and will therefore be contacted in regard to information relating to production quantities, etc.

Royalty Administration International handles all SUNNY's contract signings and their upkeep throughout the world. The charge for the licence is made quarterly, and all payments are made direct to Royalty Administration International.
